  1. it’s fun to watch the development as you go further on the drawing. perhaps with a subsequent drawing you could save each decent-sized step in the drawing, and then
    sequence the individual images in a videditor like imovie or windows movie maker to create the coolest time-lapse ever, in which you via video show us your process in “creating” the bird.

  2. I’m actually doing that! Great minds and all that – good idea. ;) I have others that I haven’t posted… now I think I will. I wasn’t sure if anyone would be interested.

  3. The time lapse would b great! I’ve tried to do. Several times myself, but memory lapse always ruins the time lapse! By the time I remember to get another snapshot the piece is finished…D’oh!!

    -a tip: in the options of the history panel you can set it to take a snapshot every time you save, these can then be exported as individual psds, but of course you gotta remember to save often!

  4. Great tip, Michael, thank you! I’ve been having trouble remembering to save often enough too. I may do one with a simpler, more graphic image.
