stuffed chipmunk, ny, ny
This is the newest addition to my collection of all that is sick and wrong. OK, well, it has set the bar a little higher than the assortment of bones and skulls I already have, and therefore might actually be the FIRST addition to a collection of that which is sick and wrong. It is stultifying how much I love this.

“It is stultifying how much I love this”
Don’t you mean stupefying?
It IS amazing!!!! Also is amazing how the taxidermist really worked incredibly hard to bring out the inner fierce and feral nature that lurks just under the surface of these normally jolly little squeakers. So THIS is what it would look like if you were to freeze frame a ‘munk in mid sassy squeak, as it gives me hell for being near its acorn cache looking for Worm-eating Warblers. If we were to camp out at the spot, just after we went into Stage 3 REM, an entire salivating crew of these rabid “rat-o-the-woods” would circle our body. You hear some rustling, click on your torch, and THIS is what we would last see. The whole tribe of ‘em living for a full year off your body they handily managed to cache in that old stone wall. Applecore? Baltimore? Whose Your Friend?…heh, heh, heh…..
