This is from another ink drawing I have been working on for a number of months… the entire drawing is 30 x 44;” this detail covers only a scrap of it.

I want to give this creature a big smooch! I’m dying! I don’t think he’d/she’d appreciate that though.;)

Catherine:
This close up, I have difficulty telling the difference between the
(1) vector for Pox Virus
(2) victim of myxoma/myxmatosis and vector of RHV
(3) vector of Yersinia pestis.
I mean they are ALL so deadly cute.
Can you clarify?

You and I are really from the same planet, Mark. Not this one, of course, but wherever we came from I bet the atmosphere was healthier for us…
It would most likely carry Yersinia pestis - I’ll put another, broader, detail up later today.

Nice harelip! I look at that drawing and I can literally feel the tip of my fingers getting nastily nipped and there after really bleeding, necessitating a call to the doctor and numerous shots. Beautiful in a number of ways too.
Q: Do they get woodcocks peenting in Central Park? They have arrived hereabouts and are at it. Beginnings of a dawn chorus are happening too.
